FAQs
Quick answers about our services, support, and security approach.
What are Managed IT Services?
Managed IT Services mean we take care of your entire technology environment (monitoring, maintenance, security, updates, and support) so your business can focus on growth instead of troubleshooting. With RIVNT, you get proactive problem prevention, not just break-fix repairs.
How do we ensure cybersecurity?
We use a layered security approach: advanced email protection, endpoint detection, network monitoring, and regular risk assessments. This combination helps protect against phishing, ransomware, data breaches and keeps you aligned with compliance requirements like HIPAA or PCI.
What cloud services do we provide?
From Microsoft 365 setup and licensing to secure backups and disaster recovery, we handle every aspect of your cloud environment. We ensure your team can work securely from anywhere, with tools that scale as you grow.
How does our billing work?
We offer clear, predictable monthly pricing based on your user count and selected service tier. For franchises, we provide direct-to-location billing or centralized invoicing to fit your operational structure. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What’s the difference between RIVNT One and Enterprise?
RIVNT One covers essential IT services for growing businesses, including monitoring, help desk, and endpoint protection. Enterprise includes everything in One plus advanced security, compliance support, multi-location management, priority SLOs, and dedicated account management, which is ideal for franchises or highly regulated industries.
Do you support businesses outside of Nebraska?
Yes. While we’re based in Nebraska, we support clients nationwide, especially multi-location franchises with a mix of local and remote teams.
How quickly will I hear back if I have an issue?
We operate by Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure timely response. RIVNT One clients receive prompt assistance during business hours, while Enterprise clients get priority handling with faster target response times for critical incidents.
